Countdown to Christmas
It's the 1st of December, Advent calendars
are being opened and decorations are being put up it -it can only mean the countdown to
Christmas has officially begun! This month I have a series of posts planned
celebrating some of the things I love most about the festive season. Starting
today with a short post featuring this year’s John Lewis Christmas advert, telling the story of one snowman's epic journey. Its
purpose may be commercial but the message is timeless and the score –a cover of
the 1984 hit ‘The Power of Love’ by folk singer Gabrielle Aplin- is hauntingly
beautiful. Enjoy :)
